    $500 per hour (4-hour minimum)

    8 Hour Rental - $3,400

    12 Hour Rental - $4,800

    Includes all listed amenities and full access to the property.

    12 Hour Rentals come with 1 night in our on-site apartment.

  • Friday and Sunday

    $650 per hour (4-hour minimum)

    8 Hour Rental - $4,450

    12 Hour Rental - $6,300

    Includes all listed amenities and full access to the property.

  • Saturday

    $750 per hour (4-hour minimum)

    8 Hour Rental - $5,100

    12 Hour Rental - $7,200

Additional Information

  • Set-Up & Tear-Down: Your rental time must include any time needed for set-up and tear-down.

  • Onsite Apartment: Available for an additional nightly fee. Please inquire for rates and availability.

What’s Not Included

To provide you with the flexibility to customize your event, the following are not included in the venue rental:

  • Catering services

  • Bar services

  • Linens

  • Items for food and beverage service

  • Sound system
