$450/hour ( Minimum booking: 3hrs)

A gorgeous turf field paired with high-end furniture creates an inviting and stylish atmosphere. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or any special occasion, your guests will surely be impressed. 

INDOOR SPACE

2024 FALL/WINTER BOOKING CALENDAR IS OPEN

$450/hour ( Minimum booking: 3hrs)

With a spacious capacity for 200 guests, a gorgeous stage, a well-equipped catering kitchen, and a stylishly furnished high-end setup, it’s the perfect venue for any type of party. Whether it’s a wedding reception, corporate gala, or a milestone celebration, your guests are in for a memorable experience.

ENTIRE SPACE

BOOKING CALENDAR IS AVAILABLE STARTING 8/1/24

$600/hour (Minimum booking : 5 hrs)

Nestled in a serene setting, our space is perfectly tailored to host up to 400 guests for your special event. Immerse yourself in the charm of our outdoor oasis, where natural beauty sets the stage for unforgettable moments. Step inside, and you’ll be greeted by a sophisticated indoor ambiance that promises comfort and style. Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, or a private celebration, our venue offers a seamless blend of indoor luxury and outdoor splendor that will leave your guests in awe. Experience the perfect backdrop for your event—where every detail is crafted with you in mind.

  • Chairs and tables for dining guests: We have limited amounts for rent-please consult with your host partner. Indoor Dining Sets are on separate rental fees. Please specify what do you need. 

  • Property Parking, Street Parking, Gravel Lot Parking (North of Building)

  • Kitchen: we got one indoor and one outdoor, not commercial rate, it is basic for catering service to bring in their own set up.

  • Bar Area: we have one indoor and one outdoor, not commercial rate, it is basic for our licensed bartenders.

Add-on Services: 

  • Custom Floral and Décor for event-additional charges based on your need.

  • Staffing: Additional staff to help rearrange furniture and display items during event $30/hour/person

  • We provide a list of independent vendors for food/beverage that you can work with. You have freedom to bring in your own food catering and mocktails. We do required a licensed bartender with valid permit if you are planning to bring in alcohol.Starting JULY 1st of 2024. We will have designated bar service within our building for you to book with. We will no longer allowed to bring in your own beverage/alcohol starting JULY 1st of 2024
