Service Description
We kindly request that you designate a specific hour for disassembly, which should be scheduled before your event’s official start time. This interval is intended solely for vendors to dismantle and pack up their equipment following the conclusion of your event. We appreciate your understanding in not utilizing this time as an extension of your hosting period.
Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING To reschedule, please ensure that you make changes at least 60 days before your initial date. If it’s less than 60 days away, a $250 re-scheduling fee will be incurred. Additionally, keep in mind that your preferred reschedule date may already be booked, so flexibility with the available dates is essential. To discuss your rescheduling options, please contact your host partner. CANCELLATION POLICY For all reserved events, cancellations must be submitted in written form and directly sent to the email address: Thepergola.509@gmail.com. Since our dates are typically booked out months in advance, cancellations often result in a loss of bookings that we may be unable to fill. To mitigate some of this income loss for ‘The Venue’ (though not entirely), we have implemented a retainer system: Prior 90 days of your event date: FULL REFUND of your deposit. 61-90 days before start of event - 50% refund of deposit 60 days before start of event - no refund.
